Geoffrey Burg is a highly rated criminal defense attorney who has been defending people accused of crimes and DUIs since 1994. He is one of the most experienced and respected DUI defense attorneys in Washington State.

In 2002, Geoff won a series of motions that resulted in benefits to hundreds, if not thousands, of people in King, Island, and Skagit Counties. He regularly presents at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars and writes in legal publications on DUI defense issues.

Geoff has actively lobbied the Washington State Legislature on behalf of WACDL, fighting for legislation that protects the rights of the accused. He has proposed bills and amendments that were passed into law — including legislation signed by Governor Gregoire and Governor Locke.
