Based on Case Complexity
Fees depend on the specific complexity of your case — prior offenses, BAC level, whether trial is likely, and other factors. We discuss this in full during your free consultation.
Payment Plans Available
We understand this is an unexpected expense. We offer payment plans with a down payment and the remainder spread over time. Credit cards are accepted.
No Travel Fees
No additional travel fees for courts in King, Snohomish, Pierce, Skagit, and Thurston counties. We handle cases throughout Washington State.
